In this paper, ECEF to ECI coordinate transformation algorithm which uses EOP parameters in GPS civil navigation message is introduced, and ECEF to ECI coordinate transformation simulation results were analyzed. The ECEF to ECI coordinate transformation includes GPS to UTC, and UTC to other types of time conversions and EOP data processing algorithms. The ECEF to ECI coordinate conversion algorithm was certified using real LEO satellite position, velocity GPS data, and EOP data which offered by the Earth Orientation Center.

Among the phases of flight operations pilots feel much pressure in landing segment. There is a number of factors affecting landing safety while pilots reduce aircraft speeds and make a touchdown and stop completely. If runway length is sufficient for landing, there maybe is no problem. But it is not the case all the time. So it is necessary to confirm whether landing performance is within limits or not. Required landing distance is actual landing distance demonstrated by flight test pilot plus allowances for average airline pilots. FAR(Federal Aviation Regulations) AFM certification is based upon manual landing for dry and wet runway. Other runway conditions are not the certification basis. JAR dictates even contaminated/slippery runway is included by prescribed allowances. Automatic landing is not certification basis, so actual landing distances are provided. In this paper I would like to analyze distance allowances included in each type of runway condition. In addition there is no regulation about allowances for specific runway condition, I would suggest adequate allowances for that case.

This paper proposed a new STM-based media streaming scheme to assure the wireless ad hoc link quality. The proposed scheme can assure the link quality by the stream monitoring, assurance, and update procedure, and it can be monitored the media frame by streaming time t new. This paper minimizes the link error rate and re-transmission rate using the media streaming update based on the frame size. The simulation results show thst the proposed scheme outperforms STCP and RMST.

In this paper, we propose simple combining schemes for sensing ATSC digital television signals with spectral correlation density (SCD). The detection algorithms exploiting the cyclostationarity exhibited by the pilot of ATSC digital television signals usually use the SCD value at a given particular frequency. However, we found that non-zero SCDs are found to be distributed over a certain range of frequencies in multipath fading environment. To utilize a set of non-zero SCD values computed in the vicinity of the pilot location, we formulate a class of combining methods in analogy with the maximal ratio combining, the square law combining and the equal gain combining. We show that the proposed simple combining schemes improve the detection performance by 0.5∼1.0dB under multipath fading environments.

In this paper, we implemented the matching system between user-centered ubiquitous virtual reality and the real world for smart home control. Implemented system consists of the smart devices that are equipped with the ubiquitous virtual reality, the hardware for a real-world representation, and the matching software. To communication and data control, we designed the TCP/IP communication protocol, and used the WPAN-based 802.15.4 ZigBee module. The main point of proposed the authoring tool-based ubiquitous virtual reality is the user-centered environment that users can place the objects such as smart TV, home appliances similar to embellish their home structure. Some experiments are conducted so as to verify the proposed model, and as a results, the proposed matching system is well performed.

Smartwork is future-oriented work-environment to bring swift business transaction and convenient for users. In domestic and foreign various countries, It`s already prompting introduction of smartwork. Users process work to access frequently from the outside in smartwork that`s a similar client/server environment to existing Cloud Computing environment. Necessary of user authentication is increasing to be solvable to security vulnerability because there is possibility that malware flows in and leaks company`s confidential information by unauthorized users especially in smartwork environment. Therefore we propose User Authentication scheme based face recognition is applicable to smartwork environment to analyze established User Authentication scheme. environment.

In this paper, recently, it is described to the piezoelectric transformer technology develops, because it was have to favorable characteristics such as electromagnetic-noise free, compact size, higher efficiency, and superior power density, flux linkage, noiseless, etc. its resonance frequency was used to output waveform of a sine wave. A rotor speed identification method of induction motor based on the theory of flux model reference adaptive system(FMRAS). The estimator execute the rotor speed identification so that the vector control of the induction motor may be achieved. The improved auxiliary variable of the model are introduced to perform accurate rotor speed estimation. The control system is composed of the PI controller for speed control and the current controller using space voltage vector PWM techniuqe and DC-DC converter. High speed calculation and processing for vector control is carried out by digital signal one chip microprocessor. Validity of the proposed control method is verified through simulation and experimental results.

The dominant trend in software development is the globalisation of the software industry. This development is faced with diverse problems, which require solution by the adoption of new processes and development techniques. eXtreme Programming (known as XP) is one methodology which is now at the leading edge of software development. This recent trend in XP allows organisation members to cooperate towards the development of new software independently of the existing developers. This is achieved functionally between the members by the development of distributed pair programming, this is not IDE plug-in shape of text, simple screen sharing or chatting function based.

A stereo vision analysis was performed for motion and depth control of unmanned vehicles. In stereo vision, the depth information in three-dimensional coordinates can be obtained by triangulation after identifying points between the stereo image. However, there are always triangulation errors due to several reasons. Such errors in the vision triangulation can be alleviated by careful arrangement of the camera position and orientation. In this paper, an approach to the determination of the optimal position and orientation of camera is presented for unmanned vehicles.
