The aim of this paper is to research the change in the turbulent flow and the AOA(Angle Of Attack) occurred by 40° crosswind to the direction of runway through the three-dimensional numerical analysis and to predict the take-off and landing flight stability. As a result, the maximum amplitude of AOA variation on runway reached 2° within 3 second because of the wake formed by the constructions in the vicinity of the airport, and the overall effects appeared as an irregular aperiodic forms. Additionally, it was observed that the layout and shape of the buildings effected on the strength of turbulence directly, and the rapid flow generated between the buildings changed into stronger wake and eventually expected that the flow raises serious take-off and landing flight instability.

In this paper, we study the method of estimating direction of departure(DOD) and direction of arrival(DOA) using estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariant techniques (ESPRIT) in uniform linear array MIMO radar system. While it is possible to improve the resolution by increasing the numbers of physical antennas and snapshots after matched filtering, such methods generally give rise to increase in complexity. In this paper, we propose to improve the resolution by optimally allocating the number of transmit and receive antennas. In particular, we show that the performance is optimized when the number of the receive antennas is approximately twice that of transmit antennas.

Since OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) technology is applied into LTE(Long Term Evolution)/LTE-Advanced system, it is important to estimate the spectrum sharing and to analyze interference in LTE system based on the characteristics of frequency assignment. Therefore, in this paper, a study on the adjacent channel interference between two operators/systems to provide LTE services. For co-existence of LTE systems, the relative capacity loss and the relative throughput loss in uplink and downlink have been simulated to evaluated ACIR(Adjacent Channel Interference Ratio) values with 5% loss rate. Some parameters such as the location of user, aggressor bandwidth, and the separation offset affect the required ACIR value for spectrum sharing, and these results and interference analysis schemes in this article can provide reliable reference for LTE RF standardization and efficient frequency utilization in future.

The Hilbert transform, which has been hitherto discussed in coherent imaging, is for the first time investigated in the context of incoherent imaging. Because the Hilbert transform of the information is superposed coherently with the original light field. We present a two-pupil optical heterodyne scanning system and analyze mathematically the design of its two pupils such that the optical system can perform the Hilbert transform on incoherent objects. In this paper, we review and formulate the definition of an analytic signal of a function and from which we can obtain the Hilbert transform of the function. and we analyze the design of pupils so as to obtain the Hilbert transform and show some 2-D simulations. Computer simulation results of the idea clarify the theoretical results.

In this paper, we propose a concatenated diversity system to assure the data transmission reliability between flight type air nodes which move according to their atypical orbit, then its performance is analyzed using computer simulation and it is designed with hdl. The proposed system cannot only improve a bandwidth efficient and coding gain from diversity TCM code but also the reliability of data transmission is high. From the computer simulation result about bit error rate(BER) of the proposed system, we confirm that its BER performance is about 11dB greater than TCM code at 10(-2) and about 11dB greater than space time block code at 10(-3) which has a full diversity gain. In addition, when we compare its BER performance with space time trellis code which has both a diversity gain and a coding gain, the performance of the proposed system is greater than about 1.5dB at 10(-5). Lastly, after designing the proposed system with HDL, we can confirm that the operation result is correct.

In the power distribution panel installed in airport or industrial facilities, MCCB has been used for main switch and ELCB for branch switch to perform human body and leakage-inducing fire protection as well as overcurrent and short circuit protection. Especially for the airport panel, increase in accident protection is needed for stable power supply due to rapid modernization with fast-growing users, higer capacity and diversification of equipment, the increase of power capacity and the breaker made slim is a main issue for now because the issue for installation space is standing out by making panel with two-row arrangement connection method, etc. due to a many use of branch ELCBs. In this thesis, we designed arc extinguishing mechanism, considered movement direction change of contact in mechanism design. Also, we designed the breaker to work stably in case of miniaturization of leakage detection circuit and reverse connection. We conducted short circuit test to verify its function and developed the breaker that can be improved protection against accidental current with slim size operating leakage function when reverse connection to help solve the problem in using space that is increasing in the airport distribution panel.

A dynamic simulation and test of frame with thin walled closed section beams considering warping conditions have been performed. When a beam is subjected under torsional moment, the cross section will deform an warping as well as twist. For some thin-walled sections warping will be large, and accompanying warping restraint will induce axial and shear stresses and reduce the twist of beam which stiffens the beam in torsion. This paper presents that an warping restraint factor in finite element model effects the behavior of beam deformation and dynamic mode shape. The computer modelling of frame is discussed in linear beam element model and linear thin shell element model, also presents a correlation between computer predicted and actual experimental results for static deflection, natural frequencies and mode shapes of frame.

The fingerprint is the identity authentication method which is representative uses biometrics. Compared with password methods there is a feature where the dangerousness of embezzling or lossing is few. With like these features using the fingerprint in OTP creations. In this paper, we introduce the developed prototype of OTP system using fingerprint. And the overcome method of OTP system`s demerit using fingerprint which extracts few minutiae points into a whole fingerprint image is proposed. A few minutiae points wasn`t generated many encryption key for OTP session. The proposed method is overlaid the same fingerprint simply and added many minutiae points as biased overlaid fingerprints. Hence the security of OTP using fingerprint and the randomness over password-guessing are strengthened.

In this paper, we propose an efficient multi-object recognition and tracking scheme based on interest points of objects and their feature descriptors. To do that, we first define a set of object types of interest and collect their sample images. For sample images, we detect interest points and construct their feature descriptors using SURF. Next, we perform a statistical analysis of the local features to select representative points among them. Intuitively, the representative points of an object are the interest points that best characterize the object. in addition, we make the movement vectors of the interest points based on matching between their SURF descriptors and track the object using these vectors. Since our scheme treats all the objects independently, it can recognize and track multiple objects simultaneously. Through the experiments, we show that our proposed scheme can achieve reasonable performance.

SURF is a robust local invariant feature descriptor and has been used in many applications such as object recognition. Even though this algorithm has similar matching accuracy compared to the SIFT, which is another popular feature extraction algorithm, it has advantage in matching time. However, these descriptors do not consider relative location information of extracted interesting points to guarantee rotation invariance. Also, since they use gray image of original color image, they do not use the color information of images, either. In this paper, we propose a method for improving matching performance of SURF descriptor using the color and relative location information of interest points. The location information is built from the angles between the line connecting the centers of interest points and the orientation line constructed for the center of each interest points. For the color information, color histogram is constructed for the region of each interest point. We show the performance of our scheme through experiments.

There is a clear need for characterizing optical components with the growing role played by optical devices in measurement, communication, and photonics. A basic and useful measuring parameter to meet this need, especially for imaging systems, is the Modulation Transfer Function, or MTF. Over the past few decades new instrument, including the laser interferometer, the CCD camera, and the computer have revolutionized the measurement and calculation of the MTF. This has made what was tedious and involved into virtually an instantaneous measurement. We proposed a Simpson approxiamtion method to create MTF graph and illustrated real example to verify its method in this paper. This method is very useful while it is very useful because its error is very minor and small although its approximation.
